2008 - Venue
BUDAPEST, HUNGARY 4 -8 May 2008
Budapest is truly one of the world’s
most attractive cities, rich in both natural and architectural
beauty. The Buda Castle Hill, a collection of palaces, churches
and monuments has been included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage
Sites, along with Andràsy Avenue and the Millennium Underground
railway. It builds a perfect symbiosis with bustling Pest and
its shopping, government and commercial districts on the flat
plain of the east bank.
Despite spectacular development, Budapest has
preserved its old charm and magic. It is a city where the pleasing
harmony
of different architectural styles and superb structures, the
cafés, baths, the food and culture, combined with legendary
hospitality blend into an unforgettable experience for visitors.
