PIME 2007 -
Defining tomorrow's vision of nuclear energy

11 - 15 February 2007, Milano, Italy

Venue

Milan is a dynamic and very progressive city in many ways. However, the first industrial and commercial city of the Italian peninsula, doesn’t receive a good press from a tourist point of view, which is unjustified:

Milan is open-minded and hospitable and welcomes its visitors with great hospitality. Famous artists of the various eras and schools stayed here, and Milan offers a great variety of buildings, monuments and museums. Major sights include the Duomo and Sforzesco Castle. With its famous Teatro alla Scala, Milan is also one of the most important centres in the world for Opera lirica.

This is your opportunity to see Da Vinci’s last Supper (reserve now!) and to discover one of the world’s capitals of fashion.

Conference Venue

The Palazzo delle Stelline is an international convention centre in the heart of Milan. The building is a renovated 16th Century monastery that has been transformed into a purpose-built location for exhibitions, conferences and cultural events. While offering all the facilities you would expect from a modern convention centre, the Palazzo delle Stelline has retained much of the monastery’s original charm, as witnessed by the cloisters and attractive gardens.
