Networking is a major benefit of the European Research Reactor conference. The social events help connect the conference delegates and are included in the registration fee.
Welcome Drink
Get in touch before the conference starts at the RRFM 2014 Welcome Drink. The Welcome Drink will take place from 18.00 – 19.00 on Sunday 30 March on the conference floor of the Hotel Slon.
It will be preceded by a Pre-registration which ensures a smooth registration prior to the conference.
RRFM 2014 Dinner
The RRFM 2014 Conference Dinner will take place on Tuesday 1st April 2014 in the Atrium of the Old Post Office of Ljubljana.
When at the end of the 19th century the Austro-Hungarian Empire decided to build new Post-Office buildings to comply with needs of that time postal and telegraph services and offer more comfort to public, Ljubljana was chosen as one of the most important cross-road centres.
The foundation stone of the Post Office was laid on 21st May 1895. The two-floor building in Renaissance style was taken over by famous building contractors F.Supančič and T.Knez, stonecutting works were done by F. Toman and the building was finished in all its glamour on 1st November 1896.
