Warsaw

Warsaw

Warsaw, nurturing over 400 years of pride as a capital, is Poland’s largest city and an economic, political, and cultural centre. The symbol of the city is the Mermaid, featured on the city seal.

Warsaw is a perfect embodiment of changes that have taken place in Poland in the past 20 years. It is a city of many faces: a contrasting blend of past and present with the architectural landscape composed of historical and socrealist buildings neighbouring post-modern skyscrapers, cosy cafes and vibrant clubs, of historical Żoliborz and artistic Praga district, but most of all it is a thriving European capital. The city’s diversity and richness means that there is something for everyone.

Conference Venue

ENC 2016 will take place in the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria.
