Exhibition venue
ETRAP 2009 will take place in the recently refurbished conference floor of the Novotel Lisboa Malhoa. The exhibition will be located in the foyer of the conference floor: Next to the coffee breaks in front of the main conference room. The location will guarantee a natural meet & greet atmosphere and maximize the contact between the delegates and the exhibitors.

There is only a limited number of stand spaces available. We will allocate those spaces on a first-come-first-serve basis.

TWO FORMULAS
The space is fully carpeted. The exhibitor can choose between SPACE-ONLY, with or without furniture, and a MODULAR SHELL SCHEME STAND with walls and furniture. ENS members have a 10% reduction (as per the membership status on 1 January 2009).
This year, only spaces of 6m² will be available. For special requests please contact the ETRAP 2009 secretariat.
A. SPACE-ONLY
The exhibitor only rents the space and sets up the stand at his own expenses.

Option 1: Without furniture
Space only of 2m x 3m (6m²) will be at the cost of 1980€ including one free delegate pass (at non-member rate of 790€).

Option 2: With furniture
This option includes the following:
Round table, 2 chairs, counter (lockable) and a brochure holder.
The cost of option 2 is 2.100 Euro for 2m x 3m (6m²) including one free delegate pass (at non-member rate 790€).
B. MODULAR SHELL SCHEME STAND
The exhibitor rents exhibition space and a modular stand including walls and furniture. The space that can be reserved is 3m x 2m (6m²).
Furniture includes a round table and 2 chairs, a counter (lockable) and a brochure holder.
The cost of a modular shell scheme stand is 3.000 Euro for 2m x 3m (6m²) including one free delegate pass (at non-member rate of 790€).
