In 2013 RRFM, the European Research Reactor Conference will be jointly organised by ENS and Atomexpo LLC. Atomexpo LLC will be responsible for the registration of delegates.

Atomexpo LLC offers two options for delegates to register for the upcoming RRFM 2013 conference:

Step 1. Fill in the online registration form
Step 2. After submitting the online application form, the Participation Contract will be sent to your e-mail address within 2 working days. Please be so kind to sign and stamp the contract and send it back to Atomexpo LLC via the following e-mail address: rrfm2013@atomexpo.com.
Step 3. Based on the Participation Contract signed by both parties, the payment details will be sent to your e-mail address.

Participation contract.
Step 1. Download and fill in the Participation Contract indicating bank detalis of your organisation.
Step 2. Sign and stamp the contract and send it back to Atomexpo LLC via the following e-mail address: rrfm2013@atomexpo.com.
Step 3. Based of the Participation Contract signed by both parties, the payment details will be sent to your e-mail address.
On-line payment for RRFM 2013
Before you pay online by the Chronopay online system you have to fill in, sign and stamp your participation contract and send it to to AtomExpo.
After that, login and password for the Chronopay online system will be delivered to your
e-mail address

Please note that 5% commission for the online payment system is covered for RRFM 2013 participants.

Important notice: Participants of one of the technical tours should provide Atomexpo LLC with the scan of their ID-document or passport no later than the 25th of February 2013. Please send it by e-mail to: rrfm2013@atomexpo.com ).
Support for VISA application:
From 1st April 2013 ATOMEXPO will not be able anymore to support the VISA application process for new registrations. Please apply for a touristic visa by yourself through your booking at the Courtyard by Marriott St. Petersburg Center West Pushkin Hotel or any other hotel where you plan to stay.
Please note that your passport must be valid for at least six month after your intended stay in Russia!
