Welcome Drink Get in touch before the conference starts at the RRFM 2013 Welcome Drink. The Welcome Drink will take place from 18.00 – 19.00 on Sunday 21 April at the Poema Restaurant of the conference hotel, the Courtyard Marriott Saint-Petersburg Pushkin. The Welcome Drink will be preceded by a Pre-registration which ensures a smooth registration prior to the conference. Conference Dinner The RRFM 2013 Conference Dinner will take place on Tuesday 23 April in the ‘Summer Palace’ (www.summerpalace.ru/en). The ‘Summer Palace’ was built in 2009 based on a project developed in the second half of the 18th century for the construction of an arena in Gatchina. The original design was done by Antonio Rinaldi and some famous sculptors contributed to the decoration of the Palace. The dinner will start at 20.00. A bus return transport will be organized from the conference hotel. Bus Tour through Saint Petersburg In addition RRFM delegates will be offered a bus tour through Saint Petersburg in the afternoon hours of Sunday 21 April. The tour includes information of the city’s history, visits to Dvortsovaya and Isaac’s Squares, Vasilievsky Island sights, Zayachy Island with Peter and Paul’s Fortress, the Field of mars, Christ-on-the Blood Cathedral, Kazansky Cathedral and the palaces which belonged to the royal family and the nobility. Supplementary excursion program for RRFM 2013 participants and accompanying persons In the framework of the RRFM 2013 conference, accompanying persons of RRFM delegates will be offered excursions for an additional fee according to the following schedule: Monday, 22 April 2013 : Excursion including visit to Christ-on-the-Blood and St. Isaac’s Cathedrals, Peter and Paul’s Fortress   - 55 euro Tuesday, 23 April 2013 : Excursion tour to Hermitage museum  - 44 euro Wednesday, 24 April 2013 : Excursion tour “St. Petersburg suburbs”: Peterhof - 60 euro Thursday, 25 April 2013 : Excursion tour “St. Petersburg suburbs”: Pushkin (Catherine’s Palace and the Amber Room)     - 50 euro All costs above include fees for entry tickets and transfer by bus for one person. All excursions are guided in English. All costs are calculated for a minimum number of 20 persons per group. To book an excursion or request additional information, please be so kind to fill in the conference Participation Contract indicating the number of tickets needed and send the signed and stamped contract by mail to: rrfm2013@atomexpo.com no later than the 15th of March, 2015.   Attention! Please note that the organiser reserves the right to change dates or cancel excursions in case the amount of participants who book these services is not enough. In this case the organiser is obliged to inform participants about these changes no later than 10 working days before the conference opens. The organiser is obligated to reimburse participants the full amount of payment in case of event cancellation according to claim of participant. RRFM 2013 participants and their accompanying persons will furthermore be invited to visit the Mariinski Theatre and the Mikhailovski Theatre Performances.
