Networking is a major benefit of the European Research Reactor conference. The social events help connect the conference delegates and are included in the registration fee.
Welcome Drink
Get in touch before the conference starts at the RRFM 2015 Welcome Drink. The Welcome Drink will take place from 18.00 – 19.00 on Sunday 19 April in the Foyer in front of the Paris meeting room.
It will be preceded by a Pre-registration which ensures a smooth registration prior to the conference.
RRFM 2015 Dinner
The RRFM 2015 Conference Dinner will take place on Tuesday 21 April 2015 in the Diplomate Ballroom of the Athenee Palace Hilton Bucharest. Le Diplomate is fitted out in classic Belle Epoque style, harking back to a more elegant, refined age. It is now a listed historic monument, one of the best-preserved halls in Romania, and recognised as a heritage site by UNESCO. Le Diplomate Ballroom features a stained-glass ceiling and crystal chandelier, the mixture of natural and artificial light serving to better illuminate the beauty of the room, reflected in the crystal mirrors hanging on the gold leaf wall.
Join us for an enjoyable dinner with music and entertainment!
All RRFM social events are included in the registration fee.
Accompanying people are welcome to attend the Conference Dinner at an additional cost.
