Location

The exhibition will be held on the ground floor of the Palau de Congresos de Catalunya, next to the main entrance and the reception area and on level -1 next to break-out rooms and the poster gallery.

FLEXIBLE SPACE ALLOCATION

The exhibition area extends to over 3000 m². Space will be available for rent in units of 9 m² each. Exhibitors can order one or several units according to their needs. ENS Members receive a 10% reduction (as per membership status on 1 January 2009).

1. SPACE-ONLY

The exhibitor only rents the space and sets up the stand at his own expenses.

Price per square meter: 330 Euro

The minimum stand space is 3m x 3m at a cost of 2,970 Euro. Space rental up to 27 square meters include one free delegate pass; spaces above 27 square meters include 2 free delegate passes.

2. MODULAR SHELL SCHEME STAND
