                                Abstract Submission, Papers and Presentations
                                We welcome both oral an poster submissions. If you wish to  share your knowledge and insights with regard to nuclear science and technology in energy production, non-power industrial  and life science applications, please submit your abstract by 22 November 2013. 
                                New Authors  
All new authors must create an account in order to submit   an abstract.  
                                
                                Returning Users  
                                  If you are a registered/returning user to ENC 2014,   input your username and password to access your account. This account is valid to submit your abstracts, papers and presentations.  
                                
                                Programme Committee
                                Programme Committee members will receive their login information per email from the ENS office. For abstract review and submission registered programme committee members  must input their username and password to login.  
                                
                                Paper review 
                                                                  Authors can either submit a Full Paper or an Extended Abstract. Full Papers  will be peer reviewed under the auspices of the ENC 2014 Programme Committee  and the ENS High Scientific Council. Extended Abstracts will not be subject to  a peer review process. 
                                Registration
                                 For each paper (oral or poster presentation) one author needs to be  identified as presenter, register through the ENC 2014 Online Registration  System and attend the conference. 
                                Instructions for Authors
                                Authors can  choose to submit a Full Paper or an Extended Abstract.  
                                Full Papers will be peer reviewed under the auspices of the ENC 2014 Programme Committee and the ENS High Scientific Council. If you wish your paper to be peer reviewed please upload your full paper by 15 February 2014. If your paper will not arrive by that deadline your contribution will not be included in the peer review and cannot be published in the ENC 2014 conference proceedings with an ISBN reference number. 
                                Extended Abstracts will not be subject to a peer review process.  If you don't request a peer review for your paper please send us your final paper by 15 April 2014 at the very latest.  
                                
                                Please carefully read the "Instructions for Authors" at www.enc2014.org before composing your Full Paper or your Extended Abstract. Your document will be published as received. Therefore, we highly recommend respecting our standard layout.  
                                For oral presentations: 
                                                                  The presentation must be exclusively held in English! The time frame for all oral presentations is 15 minutes. Your presentation should in no case exceed the 15 minutes maximum. To simplify a smooth introduction of you and your work the chairperson should have a short resume of your C.V.. Please submit your C.V. according to the template provided below. 
                                The standard visual aid for you as a presenter will be a Powerpoint Presentation. Your presentation will be transferred to an on-site laptop. 
                                Your Powerpoint presentation and CV should be in our hands by 28 April 2014 at the very latest.  
                                
                                For poster presentations: 
                                                                Posters will be on displays throughout the conference. They should be hung up preferably on Sunday afternoon 11 May OR Monday morning 12 May 2014 before the beginning of the first session and must be taken off at the end of the conference. Please respect those indications and stick to the PORTRAIT format! 
                                At least one author per paper is requested to attend personally the whole poster session to permit proper presentation and discussion of the poster.
