Paper Types

Technical Publication

A technical publication is a full-length, peer-reviewed paper (or extended abstract) that is accepted for presentation at a technical session and publication in the conference proceedings. Requires an abstract upon submittal for consideration; if accepted, a draft and final paper are required.

Oral Presentation Only

An oral presentation paper is an abstract that is accepted and scheduled for presentation only at a technical session. It will not be published in the conference proceedings. Requires an abstract upon submittal for consideration; draft paper is NOT required.

Publication Policy

Transactions of ETRAP 2009 will be published with reference ISBN 978-92-95064-08-9 on the ETRAP 2009 conference website.

Registered delegates will be invited to  download papers of interest at their convenience about 10 days prior to the conference. Onsite at the conference delegates will receive a book of abstracts which allows an overview on presentations scheduled for ETRAP 2009. About 6 weeks after the conference delegates will receive a CD Rom with full paper transactions and a copy of the PowerPoint slides as presented at the conference (both in pdf format).
