Opening hours of the registration desk

The opening hours of the registration desk will be as follows:

Sunday, 2 September 2012: 17:00 – 19:00
Monday, 3 September 2012: 08:00 – 18:00
Tuesday, 4 September 2012: 08:00 – 18:00
Wednesday, 5 September 2012: 08:00 – 18:00

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. There will be no refund if cancellations are made after 2 August 2012 (one month prior). For cancellations prior to 3 August 2012, an administrative fee of 120 GBP will be charged.
