Exhibition venue
TopFuel 2015 will take place in the Swissotel Zurich. The location will guarantee a natural meet & greet atmosphere and maximize the contact between the delegates and the exhibitors.

There is only a limited number of stand spaces available. We will allocate those spaces on a first-come-first-serve basis. Sponsors will have the priority of choice.
There are currently no more premium spaces available.
TWO FORMULAS
The exhibitor can choose between SPACE-ONLY, and a SHELL SCHEME STAND with walls and furniture.
This year, only spaces of 6m² will be available. For special requests please contact the TopFuel 2015 Secretariat.
A. SPACE-ONLY
The exhibitor only rents the space and sets up the stand at own expenses.
Space only of 2m x 3m (6m²) will be at the cost of 2100€ for regular spaces and 2400€ for premium spaces (excl. VAT); including one free delegate pass (at non-member rate of 1111.11€ excl. VAT).
B. MODULAR SHELL SCHEME STAND
The exhibitor rents exhibition space and a modular stand including walls, carpet and furniture. The space that can be reserved is 3m x 2m (6m²).
Furniture includes round table, chairs, counter and a brochure holder.
The cost of a 2m x 3m (6m²) modular shell scheme stand on regular space is 3,300 € (excl. VAT), the cost of a 2m x 3m (6m²) modular shell scheme stand on premium space is 3,600 € (excl. VAT); both offers include one free delegate pass (at non-member rate of 1111.11€ excl. VAT).
