Exhibition
The RRFM 2017 exhibition will take place in the foyer of the conference center on the first floor of the Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark. All stands will be placed in front of the conference rooms in the coffee break area. The location will guarantee a natural meet & greet atmosphere and maximize the contact between delegates and exhibitors.

There is only a limited number of stand spaces available. We will allocate those spaces on a first-come-first-serve basis. Sponsors will have the priority of choice.
TWO FORMULAS
The exhibitor can choose between SPACE-ONLY, with or without furniture, and a MODULAR SHELL SCHEME STAND with walls and furniture. ENS members are eligible for a 10% reduction (as per the membership status on 1 January 2017).
This year, only two spaces of 4 m² and two spaces of 6m² will be available. For special requests please contact the RRFM 2017 secretariat.
A. SPACE-ONLY
The exhibitor only rents the space and sets up the stand at own expenses.
Option 1: Without furniture
Space only of 2m x 2m is available at a cost of 1320 Euro ex. VAT, a space of 2m x 3m (6m²) is available at a cost of 1980 Euro ex. VAT. Both options include one free delegate pass (at non-member rate of 790 Euro ex. VAT).
Option 2: With furniture
This option includes the following:
A space of 2m x 2m (4m²) or 2m x 3m (6m²) plus round table, chairs, counter and a brochure holder.
The cost of option 2 is 1.600 Euro ex. VAT for 2m x 2m (4m²) or 2.400 Euro ex. VAT for 2m x 3m (6m²); both sizes come with one free delegate pass (at non-member rate 790 Euro ex. VAT).
B. MODULAR SHELL SCHEME STAND
The exhibitor rents exhibition space and a modular stand including walls and furniture. The space that can be reserved is 3m x 2m (6m²).
Furniture includes round table, chairs, counter and a brochure holder.
The cost of a modular shell scheme stand is 2.700 Euro ex. VAT for 2m x 3m (6m²) including one free delegate pass (at non-member rate of 790 Euro ex. VAT).
