What is included in the registration fee?

  • Participation in all sessions
  • One set of Conference Proceedings (Transactions)
  • Lunches and coffee breaks
  • Wine & Cheese Party on Sunday, 12 February 2006
  • Conference Dinner on Tuesday, 14 February 2006
  • Technical visits on Wednesday, 15 February (half day) and Thursday, 16 February (full day)

Reduced registration fee

The following registration categories benefit from a reduced fee:

  • ENS Members
    The membership rate applies to all individual members of ENS Member Societies and staff of ENS Corporate Members. Please refer to www.euronuclear.org/aboutus/memberspage.htm for the full list of ENS members.
  • Members of the Young Generation Network
    The age limit is 30 years. Please send us a copy of your ID card or passport along with your registration form.
  • Professionals from and working in Central and Eastern European countries
    The following countries are considered Central and Eastern European countries: Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Ukraine.
  • There will be no IAEA travel grants available to PIME participants in 2006.

Deadlines

There is no PIME registration deadline date but you do need reserve in advance your participation in the technical tours by 15 January (EU citizens) or 1 February 2006 (EU citizens). Provide your date of birth, ID or passport details and fill-in the appropriate section when completing your registration form.

Opening hours of the registration desk

The opening hours of the registration desk will be as follows:

  • Sunday, 12 February 2006: 15.00-19.00
  • Monday, 13 February 2006: 08.00-18.00
  • Tuesday, 14 February 2006: 08.30-18.00
  • Wednesday, 15 February 2006: 08.30-14.00
