The Academy offers fellowships to talented young scholars in promotion programmes that are committed exclusively on the standards of the international scientific community, thus giving highly qualified junior scientists an opportunity to develop scientific expertise. One of the programmes is the Commission for the Coordination of Nuclear Fusion Research in Austria. Federal Ministry of the Interior – Security Academy The Security Academy offers the Austrian Standards approved training, Radiation protection training of intervention persons in the case of radiological emergency situations on all three levels Basis Training, Advanced Training I and Advanced Training II. Duration of the training is five days each.
